Does BetAhoy Have an App for iPhone and Android?
Yes. Betahoy has a native app for both iPhone and Android, distributed through the App Store and Google Play, and the developer is listed as Bet Ahoy Ltd. The operator holds UKGC licence 100094, which you can check on the Gambling Commission's public register.
Both platforms are covered, so there is no need to rely on the mobile site alone. Everything is in pounds, and the minimum age is 18+.
How Do I Download the BetAhoy App?
Download it from the App Store on iPhone or from Google Play on Android; the iOS package is 12.1 MB. The steps below are the store routes we can confirm.
- Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
- Search for Betahoy and check that the developer shows as Bet Ahoy Ltd.
- Install it; on iOS this is a 12.1 MB download.
- Open the app and log in or register. Bonus terms are on the bonus page and deposit options on the payments page.
No separate APK download is published, so stick to the official store listings.
App features
The App Store Listing Under the Microscope
The iOS listing files Betahoy under Entertainment with an 18+ age rating and a 12.1 MB download, published by Bet Ahoy Ltd.
| Detail | Listing |
|---|---|
| Developer | Bet Ahoy Ltd |
| Category | Entertainment |
| Age rating | 18+ |
| Download size (iOS) | 12.1 MB |
| Stores | App Store, Google Play |
At 12.1 MB it is very light, which suggests a slim app that should install quickly even on a weak connection. Filing under Entertainment rather than a sports category is a small oddity for a sportsbook.
App Ratings: One 5.0 Score Versus 3.7 Elsewhere
The App Store shows 5.0 from a single rating, while casinolyze.co.uk lists 3.7. One rating proves almost nothing, so the 3.7 is the more useful figure, though it is still a modest score.
Our judgement: treat neither number as a verdict. A perfect score from one user cannot be compared with an average that has been built up from more opinions, and the review volume behind the 3.7 is not published alongside it.
Which Version Is Live on Android?
casinolyze.co.uk lists version 1.0.3 for the Android app. A 1.0.x number points to an early release, though the brand does not publish a changelog or update date that we could check.
Check the Google Play page for the current build before installing, since the version can change.
What the App Doesn't Tell Us
The listings leave several useful details unpublished, and these are the main gaps:
- Minimum iOS and Android versions are not stated in what we reviewed.
- The Android download size is not listed; only the 12.1 MB iOS figure is.
- The volume of ratings behind the 3.7 score is not shown.
- No release notes or update history are published for version 1.0.3.
- Whether the app has features that the mobile site lacks is not documented.

FAQ Betahoy App
Is the Betahoy app free to download?
The listings we reviewed do not state a price or any in-app purchase details, so check the price shown on the App Store or Google Play page before installing.
Who publishes the Betahoy app?
The developer on the store listing is Bet Ahoy Ltd, the same company name tied to the brand's UKGC licence 100094. Confirming that name on the store page is a sensible check against copycat apps.
